You don’t always have to keep it real

CGI, stop motion, animated titles… maybe even a little GIF

Sometimes, what the real world has to offer doesn’t really cut it, so we need to create something from scratch. The beauty of this is - there are no boundaries. You can basically do anything you want; fancy seeing your product in space, done. Want to explain your companies services from 10,000 leagues under the sea, weird, but OK. Desperate to see your boss present your corporate messaging film as a loveable, animated gopher, sure???

The point is, there’s nothing we can’t handle… and if we actually can’t handle your crazy idea, we work with someone who can. So don’t shy away from that big video idea, because there’s always a solution, and it might be that motion graphics are the answer.

Here are some things that aren’t real that we made

Agency all-rounders Dirt & Glory came to us and asked if we could make a snazzy social media ad for new client Upbeat. We obliged with this quirky little animation which they loved.

Animations like this are a great way to grab your audiences attention - they’re also great for breaking down into smaller pieces of “stackable” content that can be used and re-used across your various channels.

Here’s a thing that we made for Solero. Working in conjunction with the animation geniuses at Catfish Collective, we were able to bring the brief to life with bespoke animation over live action footage.

  • Good question; we’re talking about animation, and animation can take on many different forms - motion graphics being one of them. Basically, it’s anything within your video that isn’t from the real world. That’ probably all you need to know at this point. We can explain the rest.
